Cory Smith -- Application Updates

Did anyone happen to catch Cory's talk about how to do in-place upgrades of a running app (ala Reflector)?? I was at another talk so I missed out on this and I've been looking around but everything seems to recommend the use of a "shim" application that does the updating and then launches the app itself. As far as I can tell, this is NOT how Reflector does it since there's only a single EXE so I'm curious what method is being used here. Can anyone point me in the right direction??

I didn't get to catch this talk, but you might try emailing Cory from his blog at www.addressof.com as he is normally pretty responsive.

Actually that was my first line of "attack" but to no avail - I figured this was the next avenue. Maybe I'll just have to ask around at the next DDNUG meeting.
